General info & spa etiquette
Reservations
We recommend booking your treatments in advance to secure your preferred time.
Arrival
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to allow yourself time to unwind in our relaxation area and prepare for your treatment. If you arrive late, your treatment duration may need to be shortened to respect the next guest’s schedule.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made later or missed appointments will be charged in full.
Service & amenities
Before or after your treatment, we invite you to enjoy tea and fruit in our relaxation area.
We provide all necessary amenities — including bathrobes, slippers, towels, and premium care products — so you can fully relax and enjoy your time with us.
Separate men’s and women’s changing rooms with lockers and showers are available for your comfort.
Separately equipped checkrooms for men and women with lockers and showers are at your disposal.
Spa etiquette
To maintain a tranquil environment for all guests:
- Please speak softly and keep noise to a minimum in all relaxation areas.
- Kindly switch off mobile phones and electronic devices during your visit.
- Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- We recommend avoiding alcohol before your spa treatment.
- Please note that pets are not permitted in the spa.
